BBNaija: How Top Celebrities Reacted To Cross’ Nude Video

Social media space went agog yesterday after former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ikechukwu Sunday Cross Okonkwo, better known as Cross, released his nude video.

The 30-year-old Anambra born reality star posted the nude video on his Snapchat account, however, deleted the post which sparked a lot of reactions on social media platforms.

It was unclear whether Cross intentionally posted the video or it was a mistake, his caption to the already deleted video, however, read, “Shower Time”.

Speaking about his actions in an interview with TVC E Splash Cross revealed that the nude was uploaded by mistake because he was not yet familiar with some features on the Snapchat platform.

He also revealed that he was not yet familiar with handling being a celebrity and he simply wanted to be himself and do his own thing.

Despite admitting his mistake, Nigerian celebrities have taken to their accounts to express their opinion on the issue.

Reacting to the nude, Anambra-born interpreter, Uche Maduagwu expressed disappointment toward the increasing rate of moral decadence in society and how celebrities are playing a key role. According to Uche, the general public is yet to recover from the scandal of Tiwa Savage’s sextape and now they will be faced with another nude photo from a celebrity.

On the other hand, reality star, Maria, who was recently called out for snatching another woman’s husband and threatening to deal with her, questioned her colleague on why he was trending. She added that they both can’t be ‘casting’ at the same time.

Former BBN housemate and finalist, Pere while reacting to the viral nude video playfully threatened to lash his colleague and friend for putting out such insolent behaviour on social media.

Tboss also took to her page to explain why the intentional mistake is about to be on the increase. According to her, celebrities and people will continue to indulge in intentional mistakes because there are no repercussions yet for their actions.
